Security products can be integrated with fire roll call software for emergencies
Eight crews tackled a garage blaze at Llanarmon-yn-Ial. The fire, which began in the Denbighshire garage about 18:00 BST last Wednesday, spread to a house and another garage in the village. Firefighters from Ruthin, Mold, Buckley, Denbigh, Abergele, Wrexham, Deeside and St Asaph, the Environmental Protection Unit from Wrexham and the Incident Command Unit from Rhyl were all present. North Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that it was a remote property.
Instantaneous generation of highly accurate attendance reports makes fire roll call software a must-have addition for any safety-conscious employer. Security products from Access Control Wales can be integrated with this software that will automatically generate a report in the event of a fire or other emergency. The reports are generated containing the crucial information concerning who is on site. Employees simply log themselves on and off site using either a smart card or key fob. An evacuation list is then printed at a safe pre-determined remote point.
